hi, I'm also live in SF and want to invest out-of-state. Is there any sort of local meet-up for investors with similar plans?

hi Michelle, thanks for sharing about reinvestorgroup.com. After checking it out, I see that it's an incredible resource for people living in Springfield. How would people who live out-of-state get the best value out of it? Do you tape seminars or broadcast via zoom any of the speakers?  thanks!

Hi, I'm also starting the process of learning more about real estate investing in Springfield. I'm actually visiting the first week in May to visit family and re-familiarize myself with the area (it's where I grew up, although I've lived in the Bay Area the last twenty years). I was hoping I might catch a real estate meet-up but there doesn't appear to be any during the time of my visit. With so many hospitals and colleges, there will always be people coming into Springfield, needing housing.

When I learn more about Springfield's real estate scene, I'm happy to share information.

hi, looking for a great roofing company serving San Francisco.  I need to replace an old roof. One I contacted, is habitually late then forgot to send me an estimate, the other wants $100K. Would love to hear of anyone that is responsible and reasonably priced.

thanks!
