@Beth H. Hi Beth, The unit is listed as a multi family but has 2 units and one storage unit.

Has anyone been able to get an inspection and how did that process go? I have a multi-fam property in Baltimore city and need to find an inspector. Can anyone make a recommendation? Thanks
