We have 4 high profiting condos for sale at an ocean front building in Daytona Beach, Florida. The building allows any type of short term rentals and has both renters and owners staying there. We manage the rentals on our own, but the building offers a rental program or we can also recommend a property management company that manages many units in the building, if you would like a less hands on option.

3 of the units are for $115k and after paying HOA and our cleaning company, the units are cash flowing and profiting $1k-$1.5k per month.

The 4th unit is for $155k with ocean view and balcony, and after paying HOA and our cleaning company is profiting $2k-$2.5k per month.

The HOA is $650 per month and property tax is $1k per year per unit. HOA includes electric, cable, wifi, and water. Florida requires a special assessment which was successfully passed 1 year ago, so a remaining fee of $120 per month for 1 more year is also required to pay off the new sea wall.
