Hello All ,

My husband & I recently moved from the midwest to Bay Area California. Currently we are renting a place but would like to get a house once our lease is up . We cannot afford getting a single family home as of yet so have been considering getting a multifamily (Duplex) and do a house hack.

Looking for some advice ,on the following :

- Is it a good idea to house hack in the bay area

- Locations with possibilities of getting good rental income

Appreciate your help!!

TIA

Hello All,

I stumbled upon WREIN (Women Real Estate Investment Network) and took their master class last week . They have a mentorship program which costs $9700 . Can anyone tell me if it is worth it. Honestly , it seems to be a lot of money to me but since I am new to this Industry I am not sure how much these mentorship programs usually cost.

Would you recommend taking any of the mentorship programs at all or is it learning while doing it ?

Would really appreciate your advice.

Thanks,

Kanti

Hello Everyone ,

Finally I found a place to speak out loud about my real estate aspirations . However , I am very much new to Real estate and all I know is I want to be part of it . Little bit about myself , I am an IT professional and have been doing this for the past 10 years . I realized that I cannot do it for much longer and found my calling "The Real Estate" :) I am hoping to find some encouragement here and for someone to say it's not too late :)

I am looking for a starting point in terms of where do I start , what are the different opportunities or roles I can take up . Hope to hear from all the Real Estate Gurus .

Thank you

Kanti
