I would like to start by house hacking in a duplex or triplex. But if there arent any in my area then Ill start with single family homes!

Goodmorning. If I have 450k liquid cash what is the fastest way to grow a rental portfolio? The market where I live is around $350k ARV and rents for anywhere from $2300-2800. Thank you!

Hello I am currently looking for some help! I currently sold my home and have 200k in the bank and picked up my life and moved to the west coast of Florida. What is the best way to buy real estate with that much money? Do I do multiple single family homes or one big commercial property? Thank you!
