@Theo Hicks I literally just finished your book! It was great and I’m following the steps you and Joe listed. I have a partner and great mentors but we’re at a stand still right now

@Brian Ellis valid point. The partner I am working with suggests that I only work with accredited investors. I’m following his model but having issues gettin past this particular part. Also, The deal we are working on is going to be 60-70 Units. That’s a lot of money to keep asking friends and family for.

@Dean Hunters I don’t mind partnering with someone. I’ve already partnered with someone and he has a great track record. However I’ve read to never rely on one person and to also raise more than what you need for emergencies.
