@Kandarp Patel Have you tried the Big banks. Chase, Wells Fargo? Wells Fargo opened my last account with a Wyoming LLC from California.

Good Investing...

 Hi @Joe Homs,

I tried Chase and they are the ones saying this. Did Wells Fargo require you to provide any local address? I provided them the virtual address ( same as my registered agent) and they wanted to see utility bill in my name for that address.

Thanks for your prompt response and help!

Hi folks,

I am an out of state investor with LLC registered in the state where property is located. However, bank is not accepting virtual address as physical address and the banker is telling me that I cannot open an account in a different state than where LLC is registered.
How did all of you out of state investors opened bank accounts for your LLC?
(I don’t want to give any friend/relative’s address).

Thanks for your help!
