I have a new realtor that is interested in helping me identify properties from the mls that could be good deals for rehabs. What are some basic guidelines I can give her that will help her to identify a property worth putting an offer on and then, without knowing the repair estimate, determine an offer price?

I don't have an LLC yet but a great deal for a rehab has come up and I don't want to miss out...

I live in Texas but I have been told it is beneficial to set up my LLC in Nevada because they have better liability protection. it would require more money as I would have to qualify it in TX...is it worth it?

Clearly their are alot of strong opinions about this, I guess I should have been more clear and just asked from those that have actually completed the program. They r really the only ones that can say whether it is worth the money. I have started the program and so far it is great!

I am just starting out and do not have a mentor. Plus they offer to streamline a lot of the systems and marketing. I would also be splitting it with a partner....

Thanks Sam! I tried to search it and couldn't find anything recent...only from like 2008. I would love to talk to some that went through the program...believe me, I have done my research, just curious if people liked it. I am sure there are lots of opinions.
