All of this is extremely helpful and I’m so thankful for those of you that took the time to respond with good, detailed info! I know I needed reserves before starting the project, just wasn’t sure how much and I knew I’d be using Hard Money or a PML but I wasn’t sure which one would be best. These responses really helped! Thanks again!

New investor here. I’m looking for some advice about screening hard money and private money lenders. What are considered some fair terms and what are some things to look for and avoid? Where’s a good placeto find reputable lenders? I appreciate any and all input. Thank you.
