First, thanks for the suggestions. I have been added to a few lists of local wholesalers, which is the reason I believed things may be slowing down for others in my area as well. From the response of this thread I see that may not be the case. I'll be sure to look into more options as far as what you've provided as well as some other wholesalers.

Hey Michael, would that be Single family, fix and flip? 

As of late June, there have been very little deals on the market. (From my experience in the Central Ohio area.) 

(Assuming that I haven’t been able to find many deals because of there being little to no foreclosures.)

With there being no pre-foreclosure market and a lot less deals to go around; what are others doing in their areas to find deals or is this experience not as prevalent in other markets?
