I just signed a lease with a tenant on June 15th, 2023. I ran a background check and something did show up but showed (N/A) on the background check. I asked the applicant and they said it was nothing and got dismissed. He must have just finished processing his paper work and all of the cards got sent out. I have received multiple complaints from neighbors. I will be contacting a lawyer but was not sure if anyone has any experience on handling this type of thing or not. The house is not near a school or park so he is in compliance with the Law ,but he did not disclose that information to me. Is this something I can evict him for ? To clarify there are two instances, one of was with a "minor" she was 15 but had a Fake ID, saying she was 19 the court case verifies this information he was 21. The other was he was pimping out 3 women and that was 8 years ago. He is 36 and has a wife and 4 kids now.

Hello,

I just recently started researching fund and grow I spent the last 5 or 6 hours reading on them from past forums and I have found little negative remarks.. My goal would be to use them as a way to buy the rental and remodel then refi with a bank? Has anyone had success with using them like this? I am really looking for any honest feedback! Any information would be appreciated! Thank you!

Hello,

I am looking into buying my first rental. I do not have a lot of money saved at this point so I am looking at buying something for under 50,000 in my area. With my market I can instantly make a couple hundred dollars off of rent with no work at all although I would Renovate and get the money back from a Heloc or by Cash out refinance to buy the next rental. Anyways that information is kind of irrelevant because I cannot find a bank that will give a loan for under 50k.. I am not sure what is they best way to go in order to make this happen? I have thought about hard money but I am not sure? Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Remington no I am located about an hour north of Columbus and it is for sale by owner. I have not seen it on any websites so that is why I am trying to move fast. I am hesistate on the bank side of the house because I am already refianancing my current home now. I also am using a small credit union so that has it pros and cons in this instance I have to wait a lot longer. I will have 20% left in my house so that is a possibility I can look into

Hello

I am a new investor and there is a triplex for sale in my area and I do not have the funds to pay for it. I do not think I can pass this one up and I am curious about hard money and what I can do to make this happen. I have not done alot of research for hard money or even where to go to get it. If it matters I am located in central Ohio and any information would be great thank you !
