lol are you serious? Moving in within 90 days may be reasonable but you never know when the tenants' leases are over. Guess I would have to find that out before purchasing. 

Hi my name is Kamaron I'm from the Milwaukee area. I've been researching properties around the area for a while, specifically the 4-plexes. My question to you all is that I know you have to live in the property for at least a year, but if the property is already fully occupied is it off limits or how do you go about moving into the property?
