I have a property that I had submitted an offer for flip but I'm interested to wholesale it. However, I don't know how to create a contract for it. Anybody can guide me on this or anyone has sample contract in this regard? Thanks

If my offer is accepted for an REO property, how can I turn that contract to wholesaling? The strategy was to flip the house but I might as well just wholesale the contract before I close on house, which will take couple months. Is that possible? It's going to be my first one, so need guidance. Thanks for your time and information.
