Thanks everyone for the feedback. I have read the beginner guide that is on this website, it has a lot of great information and seems very helpful. The variety of strategies and techniques is very vast and a bit intimidating. The hardest part I've come across is deciding where to start. 

Hello, my name is Kallahan Kelly I am married and have a son. I am currently in the military, I have no experience in real estate investing. I was referred to this website by a friend as a means of education and networking to get started. I'd like to get started just not entirely sure where or how. My goal is to start slow and build a steady secondary income with the possibility of living solely off of the profit of investments. Any advice would be much appreciated
