Hey! Does anyone have a property management company they'd recommend in the Atlanta area?

Hey y'all!

Just wondering if anyone has a good credit union rec in the Nashville/Atlanta area? I'd like to find one that allows HELOCs on investment properties. My current lender is a larger company and they don't allow it. Looking for alternatives!

Thanks :)

Hey Jack!

I've just been using the estimated rental calculator on the Bigger Pockets website. Just unsure whether I need to double the estimated rent for Duplex's or whether the rental calculator is automatically estimating it for both sides total (as opposed to just estimating one side).

Hey!

Starting to run some numbers on the rental calculator here and I have a quick question in regards to duplex's/multi-family.

When the calculator estimates rent for a given area, is that for the total property? Or per door?

Just want to make sure I'm entering in everything correctly :)
