@Kase Knochenhauer. Thank you kase! Would you have any other advice depending on time frame of project? Say...one project is a 6 month add value rehab ( I think that would easily fit into your last remedy due to the value add). But what about property with less meat on the bone so to say... maybe something that is a solid investment but less cash flow and turn key. Wondering how to incentivize if not enough cash flow to pay down the loan as fast? I am fine with letting go of equity but for me it would seem worthless to a private money person because they usually want in and out with their percentage of gains.

Wondering people’s opinions on structuring deals starting out for buy and hold partnerships. For flips it’s easy to promise people 8-15% that gets them excited. What are some tips and incentivizing options for partnering with private money for buy and hold property?
