Do you have p&l of the hotel. Is it performing during COVID? Because bank would do loans to only properties which are doing similar to last year cash flow.

Way to get cash?

I’m looking to buy motel franchise business.it would be best to have an investor on my side. How do I set up the deal with investor as debt partner or equity partner.I plan on finding a deal,managing the property and any repairs it need.I’m sure lot of you been through can you share the wisdom.

Single family Property is listed over month now. About 25 showings have done so far and no offer yet.feed back from clients Back yard is kind of small...also right behind the backyard there is another house. Which seems to be causing trouble for some buyers. I’ve reduce the price from 469k to 449k now. Any advice would greatly help.

@Russell Brazil Russell thanks for taking time and explaining the process. I just bought a property in Clinton. It’s on section 8 tenant are currently living in there. I haven’t done the closing yet because ratification process takes awhile here. Basically what I’m trying to understand the pg section 8 program. I would really like to hold on to the property. Should I continue with existing tenant.
