Hi BP friends! Does anyone work with a good property management company that they would recommend? I would be looking for a balance of affordable but good to work with. I'm considering getting into a fourplex and would need help managing it. Thank you!

Does anyone have experience investing in condos? What is your general experience? Do they build enough equity to be a worthwhile investment? I'm looking at one that is small- 900 square feet, but it is in a great location and the HOA seems reasonable. It seems good in the short term, but I'm wondering if the equity will pay off in the long term.

The half bath is in the basement. There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom already, I thought I might move those and put the shower in that area, but I don't know if the existing drain and plumbing would be convertible for a shower? And then that leaves the question of how complicated it is to set up new washer and dryer hookups?

Hello,

I'm looking at doing a house-hack in a house with 2 full, and 2 half baths. I would need an additional full bath to really make this work, so my question is, generally speaking, how practical and expensive is it to add a shower to turn a half bath into a full bathroom? Any input appreciated. Thanks!!!

I'm looking at buying land in Colorado Springs, I looked at a property listed at $125,000 and then I took a look at it on the county public records parcel map and it was listed with a market value of $30,000, and another property listed at $230,000 or so on Zillow, but again the market value on public record was listed at $60,000. Is this common, if so I'm curious why. And am i likely to have much luck if I offer something closer to the public record assessment market price? Thanks.
