Guys, i have sent some tapes from some of you yet its not what my investors are really looking for. They are in need of 2-8 million in assets that are 1st and 2nd lien, performing or non-performing with BPO of 50-120k each. It should not be a pool that is one location but a pool of properties in many different locations around the states. IF my investors likes it takes 10 days to turnaround and fund as well as continuous buying.

If you sell NP or P loans in the 1st or 2nd lien in any of the US states, please connect with me. Our investors are large money investors who are looking to build portfolios that will include ramping up a servicing company. 

Depends on tape. They have loads of available cash and want to purchase better value notes (if that is such a thing). 

I am looking for notes that are 1st or 2nd lien and can be performing or non-performing. My investors is looking for all states and 50-120k PV each home. These are big players who spend lots IF the tapes are good quality.

Looking for Hedgefunds or Asset managers. If anyone is one or knows a place to get them, let me know.
