Hello everyone,

I just passed the final exam for my real estate agent course. I'm scheduling my state exam but due to covid there's no available dates for that. I'm trying to find information as to how to get a broker to sponsor me so I can get my license. I'm very new to the real estate world and I know there are forums out there for real estate but I couldn't find one that answers my question.

So do I need to find a sponsoring broker before I take my state exam or after? Also, how do I find a sponsoring broker? Do I just google real estate broker and send them my resume and say that I'm interested in joining their team as a real estate agent? Is finding a sponsoring broker similar to find a job where you submit your resume to them? Or how does it work?

I'll definitely need training and advice since I am very new to this real estate world. Please help and any other advice is greatly appreciated as well!

Thank you in advance.
