Damn, you have a lot to offer! Get your CA license it's pretty easy, just gotta study for the actual test.

I'm out in the East Bay, but invest in KC if you ever want to talk shop or find something to work together on.

Matt - thank you for your comment! I have definitely considered getting my CA license as well. I've heard from some investors that it's not really necessary/worth it if you're just looking to get into investing. What do you think?

If you're open to a quick call I would love to connect with you and hear more about the investing you do in Kansas City.

Kaileigh - in what part of the Bay Area are you interested in investing?

 Hi Darius!

I am based in San Mateo County but am open to opportunities within a reasonable driving distance. I see you are based in Marin County north of San Francisco, which is definitely within reach. I would love to connect if there is a way I could help your business!

welcome.  i'm not in the bay area but wanted to ask out of curiosity why you left your job.  are you looking to work full-time as an agent?  or do you have another gig?

Hi Nicholas! Thank you for your question.

I was looking for a complete career switch into real estate, so I quit my job in order to focus on studying for the agent exam and doing more research on real estate investing. Some might say this is a pretty risky move, but many others have told me that my 20s is the time to go big and fail big. I'm not opposed to starting a career as an agent, but in the long-term I am definitely more interested in being an investor! I would appreciate any advice you have :)

I am an aspiring investor based in the Bay Area, looking to provide FULL TIME, UNPAID help to a local real estate investor working on rehab projects in exchange for your mentorship. I am a multi-faceted individual with an in-depth knowledge of financial markets, a strong interest in real estate investing, and excellent client service skills. If your business is in need of some extra hands or you know one that is, I would greatly appreciate your consideration!

A little bit about me - I graduated summa cum laude in 2020 from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics, and minors in Mathematics and Food Systems. From May 2020 - October 2022, I worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. as a financial analyst aiding ultra-high net worth clients in their financial, philanthropic, and estate planning goals. Much of my work at Goldman Sachs consisted of building and analyzing investment portfolios, with assets ranging from stocks and bonds to private equity, private real estate, hedge funds, commodities, and many others. I have an in-depth understanding of financial markets, including the real estate market and how various factors such as interest/mortgage rates and inflation impact supply and demand. I also have excellent client service skills from communicating with ultra-high net worth clients daily via phone, zoom, or in-person meetings.

I left my job at Goldman Sachs in October with the hopes of pursuing a career in Real Estate Investing. I have done extensive research through Youtube videos, podcasts, and books to learn more about Real Estate Investing, as well as joined and attended meetings with a Real Estate Investor Association based in Boston. Finally, I recently passed my Massachusetts Real Estate Agent Exam on the first try, and while California does not offer reciprocity for out-of-state agents, I believe this process helped me build a strong foundation of real estate knowledge that would help me be an asset to your business.

I am based in the Bay Area with access to a car, and would like to offer FULL-TIME, UNPAID help to your business in exchange for your mentorship and the valuable knowledge I will gain along the way. I can perform comparative analysis and crunch numbers, meet with prospective sellers, drive around local neighborhoods and distribute flyers, call local real estate agents, propose remodel/design ideas, create and manage social media content, and any other tasks needed. I am a very fast learner and am confident I could quickly become an asset to your business. Please see below for a brief outline of my skills.

- Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset, positive attitude, with a knack for creative problem-solving

- Excellent client service skills gained through daily communication with ultra-high net worth ($10M+) clients

- Detail-oriented individual with precise execution, facilitated many high-value transactions such as wires, trades, etc that leave no room for error

- Fantastic with numbers

- Deep understanding of investment vehicles and financial markets, including the real estate market and how various factors such as interest/mortgage rates and inflation impact supply and demand

- Massachusetts real estate agent license

- Graduated from Tufts University with a 3.9 GPA

- Native English, conversational Japanese and Spanish, currently working towards business-level Japanese

- References available upon request

Even if you can't use my help, I would be grateful to network with any investors/aspiring investors in the Bay Area, so I thank you in advance for interacting with my post!
