@Maxwell Hunter I have always been drawn to the Atlanta area, the city I live in is very small. I don't know of too many investors here , which is why I wanted to focus on a bigger city that I feel has more potential for helping build my career. 

I'm trying to get started wholesaling in the Atlanta area, but I want to at least start on a buyers list. Current investors and wholesalers....How did you build your buyers list?
