@Michael Kelley i'm in the process of getting approved with a 203K loan specialist right now. They also have a grant program for the down payment. All i have to do is find the deal. I hope to find deal, rehabbed it.  and be moved in by June/July time frame.

@ed emmons Thanks for pointing that out. I have not finished my profile but i intend to get that done . My goal is to find a small multi-family as an owner occupied and compete the BRRRR strategy.

I don't know much about buying homes at Auction but what I do know is what a smoking hot deal looks like.... I found one now what??????

Is this a good deal on Owner occupied purchase. I guessed on alot of numbers but i would like to submit an offer on this property.

Anyone in WA buy an owner occupied duplex as their first investment property. I'll be submitting an offer soon and want to make sure i thought of everything I should do and ask before going forward.

I was thinking a Delaware llc or s-corp. I heard it offers more protection.
