So this is a new one for me... Listing price is at 130k and agent mentioned that the seller has wiggle room to drop the price. However, there is a mortgage on it with about 80k left, is it even worth trying to still go for this house or is that up to my buyers to see if they would want it still?

 I must add to this as well, they do not prioritize wholesale. They go in depth with fix & flipping, investing into rentals and much more. Hope this helps

 I will say I have found the most helpful information with every step of the process when assigning contracts comes from Real Estate Skills which you can find on YouTube. I know, shouting out a different organization on their own page but they provide a very swift and understandable process for anything you may need help with.  Good Luck!

So what exactly would this mean if I were to get an LLC to represent myself in a professional manner with wholesaling? Are there certain abilities that come with having one?

For anyone who may have insight, I am curious if there are benefits that outweigh disadvantages or vise versa to obtaining an LLC when specializing in Wholesale. I am sure it may be more advantageous with fix & flipping but I am more curious for specifically wholesaling. Any tips or opinions on this topic would be much obliged!

Hello! I am Kaden Flores, I live in the Flint, Michigan area as well as Cookeville, Tennessee. Real Estate has always been a goal of mine since getting out of high school 2 years ago, however I never knew how to get started or what field would be most suitable for me.
