Hey everyone! Is there any way you can overcome a lead saying "I'm not interested in selling" when cold calling? Or should I just take that as an unmotivated person and move on?

Hey everyone! Hope all is well. Can anyone recommend an investor-friendly referral in the Baltimore area? I am a serious full-time investor.

Hey everyone, hope your having a great week! I recently found a property driving for dollars. I was able to find the owner who said the house was condemned and said they were going to auction it off. The property was the only abandoned property in the neighborhood. What could I do with this? Attached is the real property tax bill, however the amount due is way more then the property assessment. How could I help the situation?

Thank you,

Hey Ned! Thank you for responding to my post! I sent you a message to your inbox. Where in China and Korea will you go? Maybe I could make some suggestions;-)

Hey amazing comrades! Just moved back to the area from College in Brooklyn,NY and would like to introduce myself. I strongly believe in teamwork and that it's enough room at the top for everyone! More importantly, I believe in relationships and sharing knowledge. I have lived in Thailand, China, and South Korea, traveled to 36 countries and can cook authentic Thai food (extra spicy). I would like to develop internationally one day, but for now I have teamed up with my sister and made a couple of wholesale deals. I'm tech-savy and enjoy utilizing it to make things more efficient. I am now learning about multi-family investment properties in Baltimore through podcast and REIA meetings.

Teamwork makes the dream work!
