@Michael Robbins what area is considered “good”?

Thanks, @Erin Spradlin!  I haven't researched much with Colorado, so I really appreciate the insights about Pueblo.  I have been looking at another state and had been focusing more on that but now I am branching out to look at Colorado.  I'll check it out and will also keep you in mind once I research more down the road and what the next steps are.

Thanks, @James Carlson, for the feedback and for the encouragement!  It is a little scary at first and the more I can educate and arm myself, I think it's possible.   Still a little hesitant to invest out of state, so I am working on it. :)

And yes, those properties I am seeing are mostly int the Southeast parts of town.
