I was wondering where everyone's rental markets are at? Why did you choose this rental market?
Is it local to you or in another state?
How is the market treating you thus far?
What kind of properties do you have there? is it single family or multi-family

So far i have just been spending my free time studying real estate investment/ property management books. I also try to talk with investors, developers, and agents from my area to sponge up whatever useful info i can.

What I am currently trying to accomplish is trying to find the right market for me, i have been searching in my backyard as well as across the country. Any suggestions on where might be a good place for me to start looking.

My name is Chris Kendall, I am 22yrs old and live in Anacortes WA. I currently own and operate a small pizza place called Westside Pizza and I also help with the franchising aspect of the company. I am new to the real estate game and would like to get off on the right foot. I am considering residential multi-family as my first move. I am very open to advice and i would like to possibly find someone who would be willing to pass on knowledge
