Would MH investing offer a better long term ROI when buying up the land base and renting that out? It seems like the depriciation of a MH, which is similar to that of autos would lower your ROI rather than it appreciating like SFH.

I've heard David Allen talking about his book on a podcast a week or two ago. It is a must read for me and on my reading list.

Great job @Jason Measures has your networking been more through friends and acquaintances, or have you been to any REIC meetings?

@Brandon Turner and @J. Martin

It is good to be here, and thank you both for the tips.

@Account Closed Thanks for the reply, and I look forward to hearing more about your investing journey in this market.

Thanks, Jerry. I will check out the "Learn" section and set up some key word alerts. You hit the nail on the head with Dave Ramsey. I am a subscriber to his plan as a great way to handle money, and I view all debt as additional risk. I am a math guy and have some understanding of the benefits to certain types of leverage. I am comfortable with the slower growth of all cash investing because of the added security of not having debt.

Hello, I am Joshua. I joined BP after listening to the podcasts and reading the UBG. I won't be investing for at least a few years since I am only interested in all cash investing. I am here to learn and do as much work and I can while putting myself in the situation to buy my first property. I am interested in buy and hold small multi-family and seeking more information on wholesaling. I look forward to attending some of the local REICs in the near future.
