@Jeremy Taggart Hello Jeremy! Thank you for your response. Yes, my main goal is to cash flow, but I would also like to live in a more desirable neighborhood. Since I will be taking an FHA loan, I have no issue living in a higher priced home. What do you suggest are the best areas to achieve this in?

@Luke Trovinger either one to be honest! I for sure have the capital for a single family home, but I would love to get a Multifamily property. Which I can also get the capital for.

Hello! I will be moving to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in a few months and would love to house hack! I was wondering if Pittsburgh would be a good place to house hack and start my real estate portfolio. I would love to hear about anyones’ experiences and speak with a realtor or mentor at any time!
