I'm selling 3 lots that are on the same street. But I am unsure of how to get value on one of them. The street has both mobile homes and single family residences on them. The SFR is pretty straightforward but the other two lots are vacant land (there were mobile homes on there but have since been removed).

I'm looking to get my first multi-unit purchase here in Lakeland.  I'd be interested in your thoughts on the north Lakeland area.

Hi, I recently joined bigger pockets to learn about wholesaling and flipping but I am also eager to network with local investors and real estate professionals.  I currently manage 5 commercial units, 2 mobile properties, and 2 single family residences in polk county.  I also originated mortgages (pre-2008).  Thank you!
