@Matt K.  I'm currently in Las Vegas and still trying to learn the market here.  My rental is in Utah and I would like to continue in that market, but it's a little inflated there in my opinion.  I just listened to the latest podcast and thinking of looking in Az.

@Account Closed So you have already had some success with the HELOC. What you described is exactly what I am looking. at.

@Matt K. I appreciate the feedback, I definitely like this option.  My plan is to purchase 4 properties this year and this seems like the option that would allow that to happen more quickly. Thank you.

I have a property that was my home and changed to a rental when I was traveling for work.  I bought it as a foreclosure so I feel like I got a good deal.  I have around 100K equity in the property. I want to know what if any options I have to use the equity to buy property. I am looking to be a buy and hold investor.  Thanks for any advice.

@Brandon Turner

Thanks for the welcome, I feel like I know you already listening to the podcast !! I downloaded the Ultimate Beginner's guide the first day and ready to really soak up all that information! I have to say I spent the first week chasing my tail here with all the information !! But now I am starting to get focused !! The money won't make itself if I don't take action !! I look forward to the opportunity to share stories with everyone in the very near future !!

Thanks again !!
