Hey Drew,

I agree with you, it's easier for real estate investors to get involved with the basics (fix-and-flips, rentals, etc.), but the masses tend to fall out when it comes to land development. And understandably so, it's definitely a bit more complex and involved.

I almost got involved with a land development project some years back with a partner of mine. I knew absolutely nothing and fortunately it fell through pretty early on in the stage. But that gave me the itch to learn more! So I ended up jumping on board with a huge national home-building company in land development. I gained great experience and insight and wanted to put together an educational website to share this wealth of information for others who (like me at the time) are hungry and anxious to get their feet wet in the land development process from beginning to end! Check it out at https://landdevelopment101.com/

Thanks for that, Rob. Someone else also just literally suggested them as well. So thank you for reaffirming them, too.

I have a GREAT deal in Boise! Located right in the Boise Bench area near a golf course. With it's 6 bedrooms along with the finished basement near a golf course, this makes for an AWESOME RENTAL! Current ARV is $165,000! Doesn't need much fixing up. This is a perfect addition to your homes if you're looking for another buy-and-hold or if you're still looking for your first one! PICK THIS ONE UP NOW! Message me for more details.

Who are the investors looking to pick up good deals on lower-priced homes (ARV less than $100,000) in rentable markets around the Clover, Fort Mill, and Rock Hill areas and other surrounding cities in South Carolina? Please send me a message so we can connect. I have some deals for you!

Hi all,

My partner and I are finding solid potential deals in the city of Clover in South Carolina. Personally, don't know anyone just yet that's looking there for investment properties, so we'd like to build that database. So if you're an investor in that area (or are looking to invest), please don't hesitate to contact me! Let's connect and I'd be happy to bring our deals to you.

Thanks!

Jason
