I have a 600 Mid Score..want to buy a house at 230k, it has 3k a month right now of rental income from tenants.

I make 32k a year, and also have 2 years of bank statements.

Is this possible? Through "My Community" or some other program?

Hi my name is Josh, I'm currently living in New Orleans. I'm in the process of purchasing a duplex from my grandmother for $200k.

We ran a CMA on the property and it came back at $325k..my questions is, I will be living in one side of the house and letting the other side pay my mortgage.

Is it possible to take a equity line of credit out and purchase a smaller house and rehab and flip with the equity money?

Thanks

Josh

Well hello all! I'm actually 21 years old and was renting from my grandmothers double. She has me paying a steal of $500 a month in rent and the tenant next to me paying $1200 a month.

My grandmother is getting older in age and offered to sell the property to me. My question is where do i go from here. The property is about 3700sqf.

Since this is my first investment property i would really like any advice.

Thanks!

Josh
