Just keep in mind you should protect yourself with a builder’s risk insurance policy. If you are doing your own construction and its vacant, or to use some hard money lenders a lot of times and to really ensure the private lenders position and strengthen your proposal, you should get some construction insurance. If you need any help with that aspect of it please just let me know.

@Reuben Gathright As an attorney, I believe I’m proceeding properly as I’ve been involved in similar matters on the other side. ... However, with that being said, your advice is appreciated and I will look into this ... This is my first time attempting to invest in real estate in an unconventional manner.

@Reuben Gathright I recenty filed a Petition to Quiet Title to Immovable Property in Madison Parish. If all goes well, I should be able to acquire the property, which I purchased via tax sale. This is definitely an area of interest of mine as well ...
