Bigger Peeps,  I put an offer in on a short-sale property.  The seller signed the agreement about a month ago.  I just received an email a month later that the bank made a counter-offer.  Apparently, from what my agent is telling me, the bank has the final decision and my signed agreement with the seller is irrelevant.   Does anyone know what if any recourse I have?

We just put a property under agreement. It's a triplex.  All units are currently rented, however, I just received the leases from the seller and there were no security deposits or last month's rents collected.  Do I have to accept these leases or do I have the right to reject them.  Anyone know?
