Yeah, let's do it! I'm happy to organize and e.g. advertise it on meetup.com.

Btw, there is an existing regular Real Estate meetup group in Dublin 
https://www.meetup.com/Polish-Landlords-Association-Dublin/
However it's mostly targeted at Polish investors. I went to one of the meetings and everyone present was Polish and the presentation ended up to be in Polish as well (I'm Polish myself, so I don't mind, however I wouldn't mind something more open :), I mean, it's Ireland not Poland, lol). There is a big event happening 1st Feb (sorry, the agenda is in Polish:  https://www.facebook.com/events/2328728174084689/) that I'm planning to attend, I think I will be able to get some people from there to join our soon to be organized meetup or maybe even give a presentation.

Any preference for dates for the meetup?

Hi there! I currently live in Dublin in Ireland and I'm thinking about investing here (I have some long distance investments in Poland). I am amazed how little content is there about investing in Ireland.
