Post: New Owner Letter to tenants

I am closing on my first multifamily in a few days and want to send a letter to my tenants letting them know the property has changed hands and that there will be a new property manager. At the end of the letter I thought it would be good to have a questionnaire so that I can get to know a little about the tenants and the property from their perspective.

My question is what do you guys think I should ask in this questionnaire?

Thank you in advance

Justus

Hi my name is Justus, I'm brand new BP member. I have had a single family rental for about ten years and now I am looking to grow my one rental into a portfolio.

I currently work for the US postal service working terrible hours and that is my motivation for moving into real estate.

I am working on a couple of deals now on some small mixed use commercial properties.

I joined BP for the wealth of knowledge and to start building my network of like minded investors.

I am looking forward to meeting some great people

thank you for checking in
