So my friend is having an issue, and I am trying to seek your guys help in the forums.  My friend writes..

"So i am purchasing a home on land contract. VERBAL TERMS of said contract where in lou of a large down payment instead my first year of good rental history was the down payment, which i have not defaulted on payments always made on time or early. i should also add that since ive known this man many many years this entire contract was made verbally and a handshake to seal it.... Not smart i know. I have updated a few things in the home at my own expense. Drywall, shower fixtures, electrical outlets etc. Again at zero cost to the current home owner. Now said homeowner has recieved a generous cash offer that i cannot match and is making every attempt to push me out of my home. As said before all payments are current so he cannot evict for non payment. He has gone as far as stopping at the house on an every other day basis to basically harass myself and my wife, making complaints about the property as an excuse to get in. Now he has crossed the threshold by calling the health dept. To come inspect the home for black mold which he knew was there when we moved into the home. Now my understanding is if they do find mold myself and family have to vacate the premises. What are my options???? Thank you in advance."

I went with Godaddy phone service.  I get a 2nd phone number for $9.99 a month on 1 phone, which is great for separating business from personal calls.  It allows you to get into the professional sales zone when you see that incoming phone number thru the business number/app they provide.  I've used Godaddy for many years and their products and customer service is unmatched, I highly Recommend.

Hello, I wanted to use a second phone number on my android for business purposes.  And I don't want to hear google voice!  Google voice is not good because they've changed it.  Now when somebody calls my google voice number, my android just shows that number calling.  My phone can't distinguish if that number is from my google voice account or if its a random friend.  I just spent the last hour researching.  I'm over google voice.  Does anybody have a second suggestion?

Can it be used with my own domain?

Good Morning.  Thanks for the fast Responses. After getting a good nights rest,  I've determined  to move on.   The lady at the title company definitely seemed oblivious  to what  I was doing.  Maybe she was new?  The conversation yesterday  was very painful and for that I'm jumping ships.

Hi.    I finally took the "Realestate Leap" 8 months ago after many reads and lingering in the shadows.   I've wholesaled 4 properties to my inner circle since now and then and it worked out well.

So,  I have a buddy 4.5 hours away and I found a great deal.    We submitted everything to a local title company and my two main contracts  I use.. The actual agreement for the property with a 3rd party clause for assignment,  and my assignment  contract.   They are acting like they've never seen these agreements before and that I might be doing illegal.    Mind you,  these 2 contracts ive used already on 4 deals and I had local attorney  in the same state give me the green light on them.

Should  I find a better title company that understands,  or should I stick with them and attempt to educate them?  Time is ticking.   I must close soon.
