I am sure this has been discussed, if so point me in the right direction of the discussion.

But is there a way to automate your cleaners? So you are not calling them and scheduling after each tenant. Is there an option for them to get notified when people stay?

This is my first STR. What's your favorite educational source? A podcast or video walking you through it.

I am in the process of starting out a Property Management company. I own 14 Properties( 21 units) and I have a real estate brokerage. I currently management my own rental and a couple others for clients. But I am fairly new to actual Property Management and having a well oiled machine take care of them.

Any tips on good info out there for someone starting out? Books? Webinars? Classes? Anything to get me going in the right direction.
