Dome house free and clear without insurance curious about possible insurance for buyers.

I would like to find a way to finance new construction of an Avrame kit home in Nevada, as well as well and sewer. What is the best way to do this? How hard will financing be? Who and where do they get the most creative with these types of loans?

@Minh Dong are you still looking into this? How does Washington state look at low square footage, container, prefab, flat pack type housing?

Thanks Jeff! You are right about the sellers not having the money now. My concern is the likelihood that when they start the work, if something is worse than anticipated, it will have closed and will then be my girlfriend on the hook.

My girlfriend had an offer accepted on a 1920s 2/2 in st Petersburg Florida. It's been under contract three times in three months, at least one of those fell three because of a foundation issue. Apparently there are 5 bad beams? Seller is putting $5,500 in an escrow account for the work to be done after closing. I would appreciate feedback and advice. I imagine things may change in the course of the repair, which I don't understand, and would prefer the work be finished prior to closing. Is that reasonable? Smart? Possible? Thanks!
