Hi Saulo,

This thread is packed with great insights! At my company, Showplace, we've identified several key strategies that significantly impact vacation rental success after setting up over 800 homes in the last 3 years:

Thoughtful Design and Amenities: Creating a unique and inviting atmosphere tailored to your target audience can make a significant difference. A well-designed space that meets the needs of your target audience. Think family-friendly, bachelor party crowd, traveling nurses, to luxury retreats.

Competitive Market Analysis: Conduct an in-depth competitive analysis to help increase occupancy rates and distinguish your properties from the competition. Our latest case study revealed that our owners achieved 35% higher occupancy and earned 35% more annually by implementing our recommendations.

Right Now, there is an Amenities Arms Race. To stand out, offering amenities that your neighbors don't is crucial. Unique features can be a game-changer in attracting guests and enhancing their experience. Think game room, hot tub, peloton, neon signs, pool table, arcade games, and pickleball.

Optimizing Listing Photos: The first impression matters. Our data indicates that 80% of guests don't look beyond the first five photos on an Airbnb listing. Focus on making these initial images compelling and representative of the property's best features.

Post: San Francisco - Architect for Half Bath to Full Bath

I am doing some rehab work to a single family home. The attic was converted years ago to two bedrooms and half bath. I want to take the half bath to a full bath.

Does anyone have a recommendation to an Architect to draw up plans for the half bath to full bath remodel?

San Francisco CA.
