I am new to the real estate investing market and I hear every salesperson talking about how amazing tax liens are and there's just absolutely ((("NO"))) risk.  Clearly there are risks involved so what's the good, the bad, and ugly associated with tax liens.

Any information is greatly appreciated. I'm just here to learn so thank you for the advice!!

Hey everybody, I'm just getting started in real estate investing and will gladly take any information. A little about me: I have worked in the construction industry for years and I'm looking to capitalize on my knowledge of that industry to build a portfolio in real estate.

Through the company I work for we have over 1600 contractor at our disposal nationwide so I'm not just limited to investing in one place. We can manage the rehab process from closing to completion.

I'm looking to flip a couple properties to build funds and acquire some rental properties.

Thanks,

Justin Schaffer
