Hi everyone,

My name is Justin Swaby, and my partner and I are currently building a real estate portfolio consisting of single-family and multi-family properties. We are actively searching for firms or individuals who specialize in property sourcing, as well as those who offer risk analysis/advisory services.

The markets we are focusing on for purchasing are Georgia, Florida, Texas, and Michigan. If you or anyone you know offers services in these areas please list them out.

My name is Justin Swaby. I’m 19 years old and at the moment I’m doing online classes for college. I’ve been doing doordash since July 2020 and since than I have saved all of my money. In January of this year I was planning on buying a duplex to rent out, but since my work history isn’t 2 years I can’t even get a loan. Are there any companies out there that would be willing to give me a loan?
