I want to possibly partner up or have a mentor investor to help get the ball rolling.

So I am working toward my first investment property and curious what others did for down payment. Besides the ones that have 20% of there purchase in there accounts what strategy’s or methods did investors use to get there first investment rolling?

@Mike Bonadies would like to set up a meeting sometime maybe pick your brain and take any tips or advice.

@Robert Khalev

How are you Rob? Thank you for reaching out. Have you purchased any investments yet?
