The FACTS

Yesterday I went driving for dollars and I finished with 13 addresses that appeared vacant.

I entered the addresses into Thatsthem.com/address in an attempt to retrieve the associated phone numbers.

Got 3 numbers out of 13 address

2 of 3 were the correct number

No one picked up(left 2 voicemails).

The ASK

What is the best website turning addresses into phone numbers?

Is this the best way to start out looking for properties to wholesale or should i purchase a list to do direct marketing?

@Andrea Curtis thanks, that’s what I have been hearing. Before I asked I didn’t know people used comps for estimating rental rates for an area. It makes sense.

@Chris Virgil-Stone that makes sense, and I think that is a good idea. Things are probably so much smoother when you have the same tenant. Thanks.

@Mike Roy thanks Mike, that is the plan. Comps in the area I really need to improve in.
