I'm closing on a property in Knoxville, TN later this month and looking for a recommendation from someone that has SFR's in Knoxville and really likes their Property Manager. Please share!! Thank you!

Thanks for your input, Joshua. I'm looking at the Little Rock area for a SFH Rental. Can you share what areas are rougher and should stay out of? Are there better school districts to try to get into? Thanks for you help!!

How have they been to work with for 3 years now? Do you have any suggestions of property managers that you suggest or suggest I avoid. I’m looking at Indianapolis to buy my next rental property. Thanks
