I'm looking at a mixed use property in NJ. 4 units total 2 apartment and two storefront. What are my options to finance this if it's under 250k? I'm needing at least 70% LTV.

I recently formed my LLC for flipping houses. What type of insurance do I need for my business and will that cover a house once I have it under contract or will I need an additional policy for that property?
