Hey BP,
Marine Vet, seeking to begin journey. Working on establishing out of state team; albeit, I live in Washington. Wish to get connections within the Tacoma area. My family owns a electrical and HVAC company, so want to leverage services to build team/JV. I am looking at MF/SFRs for BRRRRs, across Pierce& King County. Preferably in Tacoma, Enumclaw, Buckley, Bonney Lake, Auburn, Ravensdale, Sumner. More ideally, with walking distance of Sounder train.

Please DM me if anyone has any local masterminds, meet ups, JVs, and resources to help get me on the road to freedom.

PS. Once you DM, I can give you a breakdown of my value-add outside of having cheap, high quality labor. I posted it to m the forum a little ago and it got my post flagged.

Cheers.

@Clare Waldoch Keep me updated if you do not mind. I feel like the issue I am facing is in the past 3 years, BP forums was flooded with short-term, make a dollar, and split persons. Still trying to find a wholesaler who has done 'Wholesaling' more than 6 months and actually has a track record.

BP Family,

Bottom line upfront: A Marine Vet humbly requesting assistance to close first deal ASAP, and seeking partnership to have 10 doors in 3 months; 50 in 24.

My goals:

  • 30 day goal: 1 door
  • 90 day goal: 4 doors
  • 180 day goal: 10 doors
  • 1 year goal: 20 doors
  • 3 year goal: 50 doors

For full transparency:

I have the credit, money, time, and most importantly… the passion, work ethic, and unwavering commitment to create a better life for my family. I have around >$125k cash, zero debt to my name (outside my current mortgage), have ~$3,500 expendable income a
month, and have access to cheap(-er) capital. I am passionate, analytical, a workaholic, and relentlessly trustworthy. To level set, and to express my mindset & passion.

________

Long story short, I am 30 years old, and live in Enumclaw, Washington. I spent ~ 6 years in the Marines, another 6 with Amazon. I've stocked piled my money over the past three years and finally ready to pull the trigger. I’ve contemplated Masterminds, paying >$11k for guru programs, and spent well over 1000 hours researching content, reading 12+ BP books, and talking with 'gurus'.. but still yet to take the leap.

I am done being on the sideline, I think the best course of action would be for me to begin my journey via a JV;ideally, with someone who is experienced, has a proven track record, trustworthy, and wishes to help out a veteran who wants to build an empire for his family. With this, I am aggressively seeking someone who is willing exchange their knowledge, for % of deals in a partnership. Please DM ASAP, I will show you first hand that I will do anything to make sure my family is set up for generations.

I know words are cheap, everyone says they will put in the work, I actually do it, and let the results speak for themselves. I can also provide a list of 20+ persons who've I worked for, or with, as points of reference of the results I've driven.

In example: (not to boast, but to justify the statement ), just in the past 6 years, I've single handily enabled >$35,575,200 in free cash flow, mitigated >$125,500,000 in operational cost, and supported a 3 year- CAGR of 2000% of a internal business in my current organization. What did I get? Fearing for my job over 3 rounds of layoffs, received a 25% reduction of yearly compensation package, told I need to return to office (3 hr day commute), and was told I would need to take on 40% more workload. It is a train without a destination, so I NEED to create my own.

I've been told more times than I can count, "get laser focused, choose a strategy, and run", albeit, I know any strategy has viable options and deals. I am seeking an experienced professional who is willing to give time/ energy partnering on a few deals, regardless of the strategy that made them successful. Succinctly put, who will help push me out of the plane, where I am confident I'll figure out where I need to fly next.

Please DM if there are recommended mentors, JV, programs, deals, or any other info (books, podcasts, groups, etc.). Time is ticking, and need to get my first deal ASAP.

Any assistance is welcomed and will ensure any deals become a win-win, and your time is compensated.

Quote from @Eliott Elias:

It sounds like you need an assistant or transaction coordinator.

I am running into issues with finding qualified, honest, and rockstar TCs. Could you please point me in the right direction?

@Clare Waldoch Do you have a status update? DM me to talk more. I am working on getting my first deal under way, looking for JV to get at LEAST 10 doors by EOY. I am finding it very difficult to find a TC that isn't apart of a 'Guru' mastermind... pushing me towards paying the $11k for the given program.
