It can be difficult to find numbers if you're on a budget. The term is "bulk skip tracing" or "batch skip tracing" but if you're only doing 1 list of 5,000 leads then you're either going to be paying too much for a membership service or a bunch of money for a one time search. Have you found a solution yet? my partners and I ended up getting a couple different subscriptions so we can get the data from the source lol. Let me know if you have any questions! Finding numbers can be a pain in the A$*

I shopped around at a few and can confirm the dirtcheapsigns.com as being the cheapest and best so far, but I haven't placed an order yet and have not checked at local dollar stores.

signsonthecheap.com - $3.90ea for 100 signs; 18x24, includes wire stake, print, tax, shipping (note that they don't quote tax and shipping until you have provided them your personal information). Customization options are cheap.

banditsigns.com - $4.25ea for 100 signs; 18x24, includes wire stake, print, tax, shipping. They quote tax/shipping right from the cart, but lack much customization without substantial price increase.

dirtcheapsigns.com - $3.80ea ($3.00ea for blank) for 100 signs; 18x24, includes wire stake, print (except blank signs obviously), tax, shipping (note that they don't quote tax and shipping until you have provided them your personal information). Customization options are excellent and their customization tool works great.
