Good points Dustin! My out of state seller had a lock box and I'm going to use it for my contractors who are coming in to work on the property because I work odd times. Real Estate is one of the last industries that tech hasn't really caught up to. I intend to change that with my rentals.

Hi everyone,

I closed on my first two family in Newark. When I'm prepared to move out I would like to get into Jersey city as it'll be closer to work. Do you feel that we're entering a buyers' market in Jersey City any time soon? Do you think the condos being built in JC are going to lead to a downturn?
